Frequently asked questions
Do I need a premium Minecraft account?
No. Overwilds accepts non-premium accounts: the first time, type /register with your password twice, and /login every time after that. With a premium account, use /premium and the server recognises you without a password. Getting started guide.
Which Minecraft version do I need?
Minecraft: Java Edition 26.3. Bedrock and other versions are not supported, so you cannot join from a phone or a console.
Do I have to install mods?
No. The regular game is enough. When you join, the server's resource pack downloads by itself, with the models, furniture and menus; it is required to play.
Is it free?
Yes, playing is free. The store sells capacity, convenience and looks, and nothing you buy gives damage, health or protection. See the store.
What are the rules?
There are nine, and in game you can read them with /reglas. Breaking one has consequences by severity: a warning, a chat mute or a ban. Read the rules.
Where can I get help?
