Who we are

Overwilds is a personal project of Moises Zambrano, who is legally responsible for it. By using this website, buying in the store or joining the server you accept these terms.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Your account

Purchases are tied to the player name you enter in the store. Check it is right before paying: what is delivered to a wrong name by your mistake cannot always be moved.

If you are a minor, you need your parent's or guardian's permission before buying.

What you buy

We sell digital content for the server: ranks, Patron, WildBucks, OverCoins and cosmetics. They have no value outside Overwilds, are not money and cannot be exchanged for money.

Ranks are permanent: they do not expire or renew while the server keeps running and your account has not been permanently sanctioned. We do not guarantee the server will exist forever. When you upgrade a rank you pay only the difference from the one you already have.

Patron is bought by time: each purchase adds the days stated and, when they run out, its benefits go away without you losing your rank. It does not renew by itself and is never charged automatically.

You can buy for another player by entering their name. What you buy is delivered to that account and cannot be moved to another; the payment and any refund are handled with whoever paid.

WildBucks only pay for cosmetics and cannot be transferred between players. A product's benefits may be adjusted to keep the server balanced; if a change substantially removes what you bought, we will offer you a reasonable solution.

Prices and payments

Prices are charged in the currency shown at payment. The store's currency selector is a guide, and the final amount is the one shown at payment.

Payment is processed by the provider you choose. We do not store your card details. Pago Móvil payments are checked by hand and their delivery waits for that check.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic once the payment is confirmed and usually takes under a minute. Some products need you to be connected to the server. If your purchase does not arrive, email overwild.net@gmail.com or reach us on Discord.

Rules and sanctions

Buying does not exempt you from the server rules. A sanction for breaking them gives no right to a refund.

Opening a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to the purchase being removed and the account suspended while it is resolved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made unless the law requires it.

Nothing written here limits the rights your country's law grants you as a consumer.
