Who handles it

Overwilds is a personal project of Moises Zambrano, who is legally responsible for it and is responsible for the data described here.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

What data we keep

Player profile: your Minecraft username, UUID and skin, which the server syncs with the store.

Orders: products, amounts, payment method, status and delivery, and, for a gift, who paid it. For Pago Móvil, also the reference and bank you give us.

In your browser: the cart, the name you entered in the store and your language choice are stored on your device.

Connection: your IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse.

What we do not keep

Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never pass through our database. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

What we use it for

To deliver your purchases, handle complaints, prevent fraud and keep a record of sales. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the website: the payment provider you choose, the website hosting and the database. Each handles the data under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by emailing overwild.net@gmail.com or on Discord. Orders may be kept as long as needed to meet legal obligations and resolve complaints.
