The Refuge, home of the board and the smiths

The Path Journal

opens your Journal. When you choose a path at the end of the Starter Path you start its mission line, and finishing each mission starts the next:

  • Warrior's Journal: combat, hunting and the Nether.
  • Builder's Journal: from the foundations to expanding your land.
  • Merchant's Journal: villagers, fishing, saving and sales.

Each line has 5 missions. The one you follow shows on screen with its progress, and you can carry up to 5 missions at once.

The job board

The mission board offers three jobs a day, drawn at random and the same for everyone: hunting monsters at night, chopping firewood, mining stone, going down for iron. They pay 8 to 16 OverCoins plus experience, and they can be repeated the next day.

Jobs change at 4:00, Venezuela time. The ones that ask you to bring items are handed in at the board itself.

The smiths

Four smiths in the city, Orn, Saul, Nortic and Illet, have work for you: bringing them iron or coal, crafting them a pickaxe or doing a night watch. A “!” above their head means they have something to offer, and a “?” that you are carrying one of their jobs; it turns gold when you can hand it in.

The items they ask for are counted in your backpack and kept when you hand them in. They pay 10 to 15 OverCoins and experience.

Achievements and progress

There are achievements for everything you do: defeating your first monster, 50, 250 or 1,000; finishing off 100 skeletons or 25 creepers; beating the Ender Dragon or the Wither; or saving up 100, 1,000 and 10,000 OverCoins.

shows your progress and the milestones you have reached, such as every time your land capacity grows. gathers the notices you missed.
